2024 ACEC Banquet Highlights

We had several members attend the ACEC banquet this past Friday to celebrate various accomplishments.

Eric Adamski and Kyle Williams both become ACEC Leadership Institute Graduates this year. This program involves undergoing a personal and challenging series to develop successful project management and principal positions.

Eric Adamski, PE has been with JT for 15 years and is our NE Region Construction Manager. Here’s what he had to say about graduating from the Leadership Institute: “The Leadership Institute allowed me to build relationships and interact with individuals from other firms that will expand my career network. It also introduced me to various management topics and scenarios that I was previously unaware of.”

Kyle Williams, PE has been with JT for seven years and is part of our Local Government service line. Here’s what he had to say about graduating from the Leadership Institute: “I was able to learn valuable skills and information about management, business, government, and work/life balance from experienced professional speakers and firm principals within our industry. I have no doubt the lessons I learned at Leadership Institute will push me to be a better leader within JT and prepare me for the next stage in my career.”

A big congrats to everyone on these hard-earned awards! We can’t wait to see what the future brings.
