We are currently seeking a full-time Senior Civil Engineer/Project Manager in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul, MN area.

  • Be the primary point of contact with clients
  • Directly interact with the firm’s executive team
  • Manage and supervise all business for our Minnesota office
  • Provide leadership for the Minnesota office
  • Work with other JT staff to accomplish company goals
  • Have a strong ability to recruit and retain quality staff
  • Maintain and grow client base
  • Manage multiple projects

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and Professional Engineering license
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a Civil Engineering field
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to perform in a management capacity and lead multi-disciplinary teams
  • Previous experience and relationships with MnDOT
  • Must be results-oriented and be able to juggle multiple priorities with limited supervision
  • Valid driver’s license and use of a personal vehicle for travel between office and meetings 
  • Physically able to perform work; requires long hours sitting
  • Legally authorized to work permanently (i.e., without time limitations, without restrictions or without need for work sponsorship) in the country where this position is located
