Andy is the Northeast Design Manager in the Green Bay office and has been a member of the JT Engineering team since 2010. With a passion for tackling challenging projects, he brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the organization. Andy’s portfolio encompasses a wide range of transportation projects, spanning both urban and rural settings on the state network of highways. As his career has progressed, he has successfully expanded his scope of work to include projects for the local program and the Department of Facilities Development.
