Caleb, JT’s Director of Operations, joined JT in 2018 and works out of our Madison area office. With roots in marketing within the A/E/C industry, he found his true passion in operations. He serves as a liaison across the firm, connecting the dots with an eye for improvement. Caleb’s distinctive approach blends organizational understanding with a genuine appreciation for personal connections. This combination strengthens JT’s culture and helps align team members with the company’s values and mission.

Caleb loves the outdoors and working with his hands, and he merged these interests through various jobs in high school and college. He ran a landscaping business, served as the lead groundskeeper for a youth baseball organization, and worked at several golf courses.
