About Vincent

Vincent, JT’s Structures Manager, has served as a project manager, design engineer, and construction administrator since joining JT in 2018. Although his experience extends across civil engineering disciplines, Vincent’s primary focus is highway structures and bridge hydraulics.

His technical skills in structural design are further enhanced by his extensive experience in hydrologic and hydraulic (H&H) modeling and design. His portfolio includes numerous studies throughout the State, covering a broad range of waterways and floodplains.

Vincent’s diverse experiences have given him a broad understanding of civil engineering projects. His expertise allows him to handle complicated tasks efficiently, making him a valuable asset to any project.

East Hillcrest Rd over East Twin River
JT replaced a failed, closed bridge while mitigating environmental concerns and maintaining recreational access. The project was completed ahead of schedule, opening the road to users sooner than planned.
