Welcome to JT, Ben Huber!

Welcome Ben Huber

We are excited to announce Ben Huber as the new Human Resources Manager. Ben, who has over two decades of experience in Human Resources, will be responsible for developing and leading our human resources department. As JT continues to expand, the addition of a seasoned HR professional underscores our commitment to fostering a supportive and efficient work environment.

Ben brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to JT. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and is an active member of both the National and Local chapters of the Society for Human Resource Management and holds the SHRM-CP certification. This extensive background in HR practices and policies will be instrumental in shaping our growing team and enhancing our organizational culture.

In his free time, Ben enjoys many outdoor activities, including golf, camping, and spending time with his family.

Here’s what Ben had to say about joining JT: “I am really excited about joining a growing organization that provides necessary services to our communities while also providing employees with a fun, inclusive, and fulfilling employee experience.” 

As JT’s first HR Manager, we are thrilled to add Ben to our team and see his strategic vision as we continue to attract top talent and ensure an inclusive, motivating workplace for all our employees.
